We really enjoyed this resort. Staff and their services are very good. But need some improvement in jacuzzi facilities like ventilation and AC.But overall good place to visit.

We spend 2 days here during 2023 Christmas time. We enjoyed really well. They way they welcoming the guest, room service, complementary breakfast all other ambiances are exceptionally well. Worth for money

No value for the hard earned money! 👉 Accommodation : We booked cottage accomodation on January 2024 second week, we were disappointed to say that it was quite similar to a deluxe bed room in a hotel. I agree rain forest around, with a balcony. Smelly rooms, bleach smelled towels, pillows, bed sheets were disgusting! Continious disconnection in wifi, delayed answers from staff, over all the low standards in all facilities compared to other similar graded hotels. 👉 Restaurant: Some staffs around the restuarant are appointed to screen the food items taken off from bufe, The staring from these staffs were frustrating. Repetitive menus, eventhough the drinking water is labelled as water from reverse osmosis process, but I can challenge as my field of work as a water Chemist, the first sip from the bottled water is enough to say the water is ONLY A NORMAL TAP FILLED WATER! What else to say business like this is set up to trap the hard earned money under some fake promises! Please be aware while sugning in to the ELEPHATE PASSAGE HOTEL and don't get fooled. Thanks!

I had stayed here for 2 days with my parents & enjoyed the stay alot, location is really nice.. Special mention to the staff who are really very cooperative.

Large rooms, friendly staff but North Indian food is not that great. Little disconnect by main road but view from hotel compensates. Also they dont give drop to nearby stop even though their location is hard to reach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
