recently enjoyed a remarkable two-night stay at Ella Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded all expectations, delivering an indulgent and luxurious experience. The spa service was outstanding, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The pristine swimming pool provided a serene escape for relaxation and refreshment. The dining experience was exceptional, with a diverse menu and exquisite culinary creations. In summary, Ella Hotel offers unparalleled luxury. With top-notch spa service, a pristine swimming pool, flawless room service, and outstanding dining.This is best hotel I have seen.

Really amazing place I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ella hotel and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the inviting atmosphere and attention to detail that this hotel exudes. The pool at Ella deserves special mention. The crystal-clear water, coupled with comfortable loungers and lush surroundings, created an atmosphere of tranquility that made my stay truly memorable. The beds were another highlight of my stay. They are clean and incredibly comfortable, they provided a haven of relaxation that ensured a restful night's sleep. The linens were fresh, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed. The interiors are simply stunning. The design is a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and warm, inviting tones. Every corner of the hotel exudes a sense of sophistication, making it a pleasure to explore and spend time in. My stay was excellent for several reasons... The greeting at the reception alone made me feel like I am at home, such wonderful, courteous, affectionate ,caring staff. The food served was excellent ,fresh and above all served with love. The location is so very good that I can just park my car. Superb, Great, Value for money is the word I can use for this hotel, I would recommend everyone to stay here for a pleasant and homely feeling. Good in all aspects. just loved my stay. Above all 100 marks to the beautiful staff. Thank you for their wonderful care and service.

The hotel is situated in a wide area. It has a quite subtle aesthetic lobby (Front office). The lobby staff was courteous. The service of the banquet staff needs to be more steady otherwise all the support from the staff was given whenever asked. The banquet food was quite delicious but the refilling of the food took a little longer. The PDR and Lawn area was splendid. Overall the Hotel is a lavish 3-4 star category Hotel and gave a wonderful experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
