Excellent Room Good service but they were providing only one bathing kit for a family room of 4 which wasn't sufficient. Morning breakfast needs improvement in terms of food temperature as some of the items in the breakfast were cold. Stunning view of Ganga from the rooftop cafe as well as the room window. Fabulous complementary arrangement of much needed mid afternoon high tea. Delicious Hot and Sour Tomato soup was served as a welcome drink. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I would rate it 8.5/10

Room was clean and good sarvice nice staff house keeping boy very good male and good behaviour. We stayed here for 6 nights, everyday house keeping made different animals and shapes with towels which we became to be favourite part of our day to comeback to. Location is great with awesome view of holy Ganga river, Breakfast was great too. I'd recommend anyone to stay here and I'd definitely come back to stay here again.

Did not have a good experience. We had booked Gala dinner for 31st which finished by 10 PM almost all guests were frustrated. The food was not up to the mark. There was not adequate staff serving in gala dinner. Food taste in breakfast was also not satisfactory Only hospitable staff there is Pradeep who makes an effort. Except the rooms which are standard all dimensions of the hotel needs to improve to justify the price they are charging

My stay here was pretty frustrating. It started with the entrance ramp which is poorly designed and difficult for cars to negotiate. The staff at the reception are arrogant and rude. The restaurant staff are better. Food was pretty ordinary and the room dining is very limited even though the menu card lists a huge number of items. The rooms and toilets need urgent maintenance and upgrade. I was shifted from one room to another and even that had issues. The only saving grace is the location and one individual Pradip who probably is the only one who understands customer service but is too low down the totem pole to make any difference. I will definitely avoid their hotels anywhere and will not recommend any of my friends and acquaintance to stay there.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Wonderful experience at the Ganga Aarti seeing the beautiful ritual at night which was organised by the hotel for us and went very smoothly - would highly recommend if you are staying here! Excellent staff to help as well! Also really friendly staff and good housekeeping service. Everyone was very helpful and the room was perfect for our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
