We stayed for three nights at this hotel, we paid £100 for a twin inside room. The room was great value, very clean and modern. It served as a great base to explore Mumbai from. The free breakfast the hotel provides is basic but hearty. The location is also quite good being on a main road (although not noisy) meaning you can flag a cab down easily and you are protected from occasional bad pollution. My only real critique of the hotel is that the inside bathrooms need proper ventilation as humidity builds up rapidly

Its luxurious comfort and impeccable service and loved it. From the elegant lobby to the well-appointed room, every detail was perfect. The gourmet dining, top-notch facilities, and friendly staff made my stay memorable. A serene retreat that I can’t wait to visit again and my family loved their 1 week stay

The best thing about the place was the staff. They are amazing!! I was on a 2 day trip with my mother and both of us found them so so polite. The rooms are very clean but a little small, however we opted for the superior one which included the two single beds, but if you opt for the deluxe or the other ones, it's lovely. The washroom was quite clean as well. The location was not that good but it works. Anyway, I had an incredible stay there!

Elphinstone is proof that impeccable service and clean comfortable rooms need not come with a hefty price tag. Compact sized room with all the necessary comforts and space for luggage, shopping and more. spotless, stylish and clean environment. professional and friendly staff who are prompt to assist with queries and request. no lift to the lobby but, if required staff are available to help with luggage from the street level good location to explore the south of this vibrant city. excellent value for money

Amazing hotel. Recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
