Hotel is not clean and has some pathetic bad odour everywhere. In room, it's smoking and suffocating stink. Bed garments have oily/ massage smell. We used deodorant as an air freshener. Bathroom has typical gutter odour. In restaurant, it's stale food odour. And cockroaches are everywhere. Experienced pathetic stay.

Disappointing experience. The hotel charged me Rs 500 for a towel catching bit of hair colour. It could have been easily removed through dry cleaning but no attempt was done by the hotel to try it and neither to charge reasonable amount i.e. dry cleaning charges.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. My stay was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one of your receptionists as well as the request for an additional payment for normal dirt on the bedsheet. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by a receptionist whose behavior was far from welcoming. He was curt and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. His lack of professionalism left a negative impression on what was supposed to be a pleasant check-in experience. Furthermore, during my stay, I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the bedsheet in my room. Instead of addressing the matter in a courteous and understanding manner, I was astounded to be informed by the staff that an additional payment would be required to replace the bedsheet due to "normal dirt." This was not only unacceptable but also a clear indication of poor customer service. As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world, and I have never encountered such a demand for payment for a standard service that falls under the hotel's responsibility. Clean and hygienic bedding should be a basic expectation for any guest, and the fact that your hotel attempted to charge for addressing this issue is simply appalling. I believe it is crucial for any establishment in the hospitality industry to uphold a certain standard of customer service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel fell far below my expectations. I expected a seamless and pleasant stay, but instead, I encountered unprofessional behavior and an unacceptable request for additional payment.

Elysium Garden Hills Resort offers an excellent location with delightful surroundings. The food is enjoyable; however, be cautious about room selection, as some lack windows and ventilation, providing no view. This may impact your overall experience if natural light and airflow are important to you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
