This a budget friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious; can easily accommodate 4-6 people in a single room itself. The property seems bit old and also the furnishings but you won't be disappointed at the price which you can book the stay. The food is also decently priced; not to expensive. It's totally worth if you really want to stay for a day or two with your friends.

Must Read !! It was a strange experience, we actually didn't stay in the hotel but checked the price and roooms. The hotel is very big but not at all maintained, the structure is like G -3, so the rooms in the basement was a little horrifying as the lights were not working and the hotel was almost empty except 1 receptionist and 1 service man. The mysterious part was that there was only 3-4 cars and the receptionist told us that all the (400)rooms are almost full. Idk what they were trying to hide . This hotel can be used to shoot horror movies(personal view). For a person who like mysteries must stay here once .

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
