Overall experience : So pathetic, no professionalism at all . I arrived early, by 9am , and I was looking for early check in as I had an important client meet by 10am, check out rooms were there , but they just denied to clean the room before 11 and denied to Hanover the room before 12 . I plead them several time, they denied. They have a caretaker named Avinash, he was so rude and so bad in behave , after that I called ther manager Mr. Sai several times, he never picked up my call , and then came by 10am , after a light verbal fight, they agreed to give a room by 10:30-10:45am . It was so called "suite room" with gas oven , fridge and microwave oven..oven was there but no cylinder, microwave oven was there in non working condition. When I asked about the gas cylinder, they told, they won't provide cylinder to those who will be staying for one day , my question is - those who will stay one day , they are actually paying more. Coming to next level - there were some work going on in the same or other building, and sounds were coming and entire my night was sleepless , when I called reception and the same guy Avinash came to investigate and told "some work is going on in nearby pg , they can't help"...now coming to another part , no water bottle wasn't included in the room charges, don't know why it is not after paying such high amount. Asked for a bottle of water in normal temperature,the gave and asked rs. 30/- , where the print was 20/- , when I asked the question to the manager, he told the restaurant is managed by some third party, he doesn't know anything about it. Room : Room was okay ,with lots of noise, it will be difficult to sleep if anybody wants to sleep after a hectic day. Service: in one word, it's pathetic, they have restaurant, but maximum time you won't get food. Location: very interior in Gacchobowli. In one word: it was pathetic experience. NOTE : Don't try to reply aggressive to defend yourself, I have all the proof with me , just be polite and accept the fault and work on it. Good luck
