        The maintenance of the room is very very poor. All the bed sheets are torn and badly stained and they look as if they have not been washed since a long . And if you ask for a fresh one they reply that this is what they have . You ask for a water bottle they say that they are sending, but they never send . Overtall stay is a very very bad experience

        This is the Worst Hotel i have ever Visited The Facilities as mentioned in the Online Platform are totally Different The Fridge Was Not Working ,they Did not Provide basic Toiletries and More Over the Towels they Provided had many holes in it The Officers at the Hotel did not even showed their humanity when we asked to give a room for 5 min to change for ladies To add up more Aftr Check out when they asked us to book a room again for Changing and behaved in a very rude manner with the ladies Don't stay here under any circumstances. No mirror in the bathroom No hot water supply for bathing No manager to give feedback regarding the above. No aplologies / regrets for poor room and poor service

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
