Exceptional experience at this hotel and banquet hall! Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, and stunning banquet facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was flawless. Delicious catering, elegant decor, and a warm ambiance made it truly memorable. Can't recommend it enough for both stays and events!

A very below average experience for such high rates. Most of the food being served in the buffet was stale- be it the soup mini buns, pasta, dessert. The starters were so spicy we had to get them changed, the grill was cold, the prawns were cold and tasteless despite being grilled. A very very below average experience. Not worth more than 400rs. It is better to reduce the dishes and bring quality back because I visited after 3 years and surely will not be coming back. Not if I’m paying out of my pocket

Worst experience! Went with family on Sunday afternoon on 10th Dec 2023 for lunch chose Al a carte menu, the ambience was dull and suffocating as the staff had turned off all the air conditioning. After we were seated it took 5 attempts and 20 mins for someone to take our drinks and snack order. The snacks didn’t arrive for another 30 mins after repeated reminders.The drinks were not served at all till we finished the snacks. At last we didn’t order any mains at all and left, none of the staff was even bothered to ask why we didn’t order food.They were all just standing in the corner and chatting to each other. Really unprofessional and poor service of staff and managers on shift, would not recommend this place if you are looking for a good hospitality.Save your time and afternoon/evening and go elsewhere please.

It is located in a very good location. In the mid to Sair Sapata and van vihar. The environment is very serene here. One can enjoy the food both ala carte and buffet style. Buffet is more enjoyable which is served near the pool side. Kebabsville is the name of the area where one can enjoy unlimited both veg and non veg barbequed dishes. Variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet along with wide range of sweet dishes. Enjoy the live music near the pool side along with tasty food. For Anniversary and birthday parties this place is best to choose.

Excellent place to host a party. The staff went above and beyond planning all details of the event and made great recommendations for the banquet hall arrangements and menu to ensure a successful party. The service and food on the day of the event was awesome. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
