Clumsy waiters. Nothing welcoming. Missing that wow factor under the brand Sayaji. No cold drinks. You will get disappointed with their clumsy approach and unavailability of menu. How do they even run their business with this kind of approach? Ambience is OK. Food taste was good with a slow service. Not much options on the Menu and quantity is greatly compromised.

We had been for dinner on the 1st Dec 23. As soon as you enter the bar and dining floor it’s a complete silence. Not a single Customer at 8pm except for clumsy waiters. Nothing welcoming. Missing that wow factor under the brand Sayaji. Next when it comes for ordering a drink the bar menu is on printed pages. Had good options on the menu page but not available in their so called Bar. No hard liquor options which they have in their Menu. No other beer except for hard kingfisher that too not a chilled one. No cold drinks. I suggest you take your own liquor 😜 or else you will get disappointed with their clumsy approach. How do they even run their business with this kind of approach?Ambience is OK. Food taste was good with a slow service. No much options on the Menu and quantity is greatly compromised. So if you want a pocket friendly option then only keep on your list or else there are plenty of them around who provide good stuff.

The best part of this hotel was the food, the dinner was very good with great hospitality from Rajan & Yuvraj. Head chef Prithvi makes great veg and non-veg starters. Stayed here for 10 days and had a nice time. Just 1 issue is the constant wifi disconnection, which needs to be resolved by the hotel.

Visited the location for my friends engagement and it was really decent. Food was really good and all the arrangements were spot on. Great location and definitely a good place to visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
