If you are looking to enjoy and have fun with your family/friends amidst calm backwater, beach, multiple pools and good indoor- outdoor sports activities, look no further, this is the perfect place for you! Very supportive staff and the resort is spread across large area with spacious rooms. 3 diff swimming pools was really good, they have a gift store to buy floats for kids or any souvenirs. Enjoyed the mangrove boat ride (at extra cost) and boat ride to beach(complimentary). Area of improvement would be room service for in-room dining in late evening, we didn’t get what we ordered. Buggy service needs to be improved for movement within the resort campus.

Large and well maintained property. Great food in taste and quantity, price a bit on the higher side though. Spacious and clean rooms and washrooms. Amazing sunset view from the backwaters facing promenade. Mangrove boat ride and Golden sand beach quite accessible and good for a quick visit. Heard good things about Spa, but couldn’t make time myself.

A really nice resort , perfect for family vacations. The food is excellent , atleast what we got in room service although the breakfast is rather boring. The view is great, staff are friendly and the rooms were great too :) I definitely recommend.

I stayed here to enjoy my wedding anniversary and my husband had additionally booked the anniversary package and we had a great experience. It has great backwater view. The only bitter encounter I had was while returning back from my backwater boat ride where we entered from the back gate, security incharge kept on asking us that are we staying in the property, I do understand they have a protocol to follow but even after my husband has given his phone and room number and confirmed him more than twice we are hotel guest, he didn’t let us go inside and kept on saying very rudely that are you sure you are staying here and he finally stopped when my husband showed him the room key, it was a very derogatory treatment which you don’t expect in such nice property.

One of the best resorts in Triavndrum. They have perfect scenic views and awesome ambience. They offer premium services and best in class amenities. Their restaurant serves top notch dishes. Must visit place. They have cozy rooms and great activities for adults as well as kids.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
