Have a good recreational place with quality materials. Cafeteria service is good but a little expensive and crowded. Room service was pathetic. The pool was far from the rooms. Hot water was not available in one of our rooms. The property is situated in the midst of a cardamom estate and the roads are very steep with turns. It was an adventurous drive. It was too crowded as it was a holiday and the team couldn't manage the guests in a good manner.

We stayed in the executive valley view suite. The room was newly renovated and has a good design. The room is large with a separate sitting room. Without a doubt, the views are unbeatable! The bedroom has large windows all around, overlooking the tea plantations below and the surrounding mountains. The balcony also has a tremendous view. The resort is very peaceful, and being set within a tea plantation is a magical experience. The only downside is the accessibility of the facilities. To get to the restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served, you need to walk down a 45-degree incline. However, the staff were very obliging and helpful and would offer a ride up the hill to the room. The resort location, in general, is also quite far from the main attractions in Munnar. It takes almost an hour to get to the Tea Museum. The drive to the resort is a precarious journey up a steep dirt road. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime stay, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Care should be taken on proper cleaning of the rooms to maintain the great work done on the renovation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Camellia and Elettaria Resort in Munnar, and it was nothing short of a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities one could wish for. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness was impressive. The resort staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a genuine smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the refreshing pool. Surrounded by the picturesque landscape, the pool area provided a serene and tranquil setting to unwind. Really had a bad experience. When we checked into the resort in the first room we got an undergarment and in several rooms there was water logging and service quality is below average there were no staff's at the reception when we had an emergency. Really bad I don't recommend this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
