        Rooms are very bad condition. It's look like hunted. 0 hygiene and bed like hospital. Washroom also very bad condition and when I enter in the room I saw beer bottle and under the beds. Overall Very horrible experience and they are not capable to take 1 star also

        It was very bad experience with evergreen hotel. 1)Room was very bad 2)No cleanliness 3) No cooling of A/C 4)it is nearby station so lot of train noise 5)No proper water to use 6) Washroom was very very dirty can't imagine Sry but we are not happy with your service

        There was no option give 0 star.🤮so the 1 star not clean rooms washroom table's, everyroom tv off every time also ac not working ,each time you need to operate it manually .and services very bed experience 😑😑called room service multiple time to change worn out blanket also not clean .worth 2500rs we pay for a day. Better choices exits . The worst hotel you will ever book on your life🤮🤮🤮🤢😡

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
