This was an average where I stayed here for just one night as I had a connecting flight from Delhi to board next morning and the experience was not so good and not too bad either. 1. Location wise it’s pretty close to New Delhi Railway station on Paharganj side and walkable distance of around 800 meters but little bit inside so to avoid walking at night. 2. Rooms are okay but lot of areas to improve like when we entered no water bottles available inside, no towels provided, no sanitary items and not even toilet papers, no tv remote available, AC was not working, weird smell inside rooms. 3 They do provide room service including food but response is too slow and when I ordered my food like egg and veg fried rice, its basic to provide some sauces along with but i had to call them again for every basic item. They even added service charges on my restaurant bill without talking to me. Average stay where lot of scope to improve. Considering the experience that I had it looks like overpriced.

As location is very inside in the street.also room service ic very poo because no body attending for serve water after demand. Breakfast service is very poor given after making so many demand, which is not sufficient for 02 persons only 02 parantha . overall experience is very bad regarding this hotel

Budget stay. Perfect location if you are traveling. 10-15 minutes walking from New Delhi Railway Station. Connectivity is also good. Food is also good. Staffs are very helpful and nice. It's a good choice!!!

Had very bad experience Before checkin i got a WhatsApp message from fab for payment rs.1109 When I reached hotel reception asked me to pay 1233,i showed the message and he said in our booking it is showing 1233 so i told I pay through tht link received in WhatsApp,I paid 1109 ,and got room after 10mints they called me in room telephone that in our booking it is showing the difference amount to pay So you have to pay while checkout About room__ Switch on lights one is blinking,tv not working,hot water for bathing not available:on request given me water heater, bathroom door broken,mirror half visible half blnk,no hand wash only empty bottle hanging,dirty washbasin with full of hairs,dirty blanket,bed smelling like hell I thought fab maintain standard but it is same like lodge & oyo

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
