Worst experience ever. The room walls were very thin i could even hear adjacent rooms couple talking. Whole night i couldnt sleep because of traffic noises. The hotel is very very very old its just patchworks that make look photos good but no its a creepy looking hotel. When i asked refund to change rooms i had to spend 2 whole hours just to argue with hotel staff and fab hotels manager. Fab hotel manager saif really helped me out there but hotel staff were very rude. No one ever should take this hotel

"Not a Comfort Stay as the name says" I booked a night's stay at this hotel through MakeMyTrip, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience based on the images and descriptions provided online. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different from what was portrayed. The first noticeable letdown was the stark difference between the images online and the actual rooms. The pictures showcased an inviting ambiance, but the reality was quite the opposite. The rooms emitted a pungent smell of cigarette smoke, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. Despite the efforts of the service staff who tried to address this with room freshener, the unpleasant odor persisted for a significant period, diminishing our initial expectations. Adding to the disappointment, the absence of an elevator was an inconvenience. Guests are required to navigate through staircases to reach their rooms, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility challenges. In terms of cost, this stay leaned towards the expensive side for what was offered. The disparity between the price paid and the quality of the stay left me unsatisfied and questioning the value I received. In conclusion, this stay did not live up to the expectations set by the online portrayal.

I'm Sharing my personal experience, here they show you their best rooms first(before pay) and then you booked that room and checked into the room they'll start acting.. room has no water and ac didn't work, so u have to checked into another one. And they'll give you the baddest room ever.
