        We took rooms including Breakfast, the quality of breakfast was too bad even they didn't offer tea/coffee. Room size was too small. Bed sheet, pillow cover,mattress cover etc. were not proper/clean..they didn't change the covers even after requesting. They even don't have any master key to open the doors, if someone loss the key, door need to be broken. The location is also far from city and they don't have any resturant. The overall experience is pathetic.

        Worst hotel in ooty. NO proper aminities provided. No hospitality.No proper staff responce. People can choose some other resorts insted of fab express grand castle hill resorts. And its not a resort its a normal worst home stay. Ignore this hotel.

        It’s very near walkable distance to Ooty Boat house. Basically name is little confusion because of Resorts. It’s not a resort so please check. It’s one of the room out of there rooms in one floor. Thanks.

        Staffs are friendly and helpful. Break fast is good Location only the issue, lunch and dinner food not available and near 2km no restaurant available

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
