Its very worst hotel and management and worst room and wash room it bed smailling diry spotted badsheets and not hote water in bathroom its completely worst I don't want to give any number of rating

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Despite of asking and confirming about the rooms and informing that we will be reaching after midnight, they provided very dirty, uncleaned rooms to stay.The bedspreads were dirty, the bed was not made and rooms were full of cigarette butts and dust. The room boys were drunk and we didn't even feel safe. The bathroom doors were not closing, the toilet seat and lid were fully dislodged from the bowl. We didn't get hot water in the morning that too in this winter season. The bathroom exhaust was not working and even the windows were not closing. Worst experience, poor service, not at all recommended.

I had booked this hotel by checking Google rating ,but believe me all rating are fake ,it was worst hotel , actually it's birthday hall with extra room ,rooms were too dirty it wasn't clean , on top of that rats were roaming in room , don't believe these scrap ratings ,it's worst than 1 star.

Room are not as they have been shown in the website , very dirty rooms with no proper staff cooperation. Rooms weren't clean when we arrived , bed sheets were already used once. There was no supply of hot water. very poorly maintained hotel rooms, even the restaurant below isn't good , we were served with uncooked food.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
