        Very very bad hotel don't go they even don't give towel, the giser also not working, even when you ask for something they also say no after many request they will arrange but I must say don't go, if have some enemy refer them. Room also not clean, bad hotel entire of my life. If want to stay then go for dharmshala even they provide good service and room. Bad bad bad bad very bad hotel.

        The rooms were not as good as it looks in picture. its very dirty and even have mouses that was a very bad experience for me. staff was just okayish like everything you have to ask like for towels, water bottle, room cleaning etc. or they will charge you for any service at the end without even warning you its chargeable. but the person sitting on the reception was very cooperative thats why just giving a decent rating.and its 500 m near to Yashobhoomi metro station and 1.5 km from dwarka sector 21

        Very Very horrible they sent location and we kept searching the whole area at 1am to no avail tried calling them first their call gets dropped than changed option to new booking they picked up said we will transfer and than call dropped. They were so bad I was on road with no pen available and they expected me to write down on WhatsApp or keypad so ridiculous. They were so incooeperative that exhausted after 10 hr journey I lost it asked them to cancel booking they refused. Seriously who the he'll were the people who gave it so high ranking please stop fooling others. This is a bad place but first you should be able to locate this god damn place.

        Very worst hotel experience in the entire traveling.Found guests are drinking alcohol in the common entry area room and made very high sound & nuisance which was very uncomfortable. No key was available for locking the room which was very unsafe. Fully mosquto - No control even a mosquto coil not provided . Geyser was not working. Location also not good.Never suitable for family trip or a business trip. You cannot sleep in the room .

        extremely remote & outskirts, no walkable market, metro station, cattleshed adjacent (terrible smell while walking in hotel). shrewd receptionist demand full payment in advance, rather he will keep due on hotel than on guest ! room service guy directs me to turn off AC while going out on first day because they don't have central power system in room ! basic amenities like power supply, water supply stop randomly. No reception desk number informed or intercom not working in room. guests walk into reception desk personally to inquire. Me upon asking that guy gave me his number ! pillow pinches and towel sheds threads while using ! I'll never book this hotel again !
