Very bad Hotel RELAX IN. in Ahmedabad. Service poor room is not gud I m staying 2 days with my friends 2nd day room is not clean water is not available in room. Staf is not good.... Staf behaviour very rude... & Soap 🧼 is not available in Bathroom

Very bad experience in Hotel Relax inn, don't book this hotel & staff is very rude.Rooms are very small. They also charged extra amount for early check in at hotel. Geyser also not started without informing you. Never go there...very bad service & they Charged more amount to his service.....

Worst stay, I had to check out in oneday itself due to poor condition of room, rude staff, food, . I paid 500 extra for early check in, the team was reluctant to make the room ready. They did not cone out of sleep even after 7.30 am. They showed a room which was in pathetic condition. I told them I don't want to stay next day. But they refused refund for next day also. I had to stay in thay urine smelling conditions for 24 hours. I moved to next hotel, which was cheaper, bigger and luxurious. They gave buffet breakfast and dinner. Fab hotel did not give toiletries also. One soap and one torn towel. No dental kit, no shaving kit. They asked extra money for breakfast as I checked in early. But I paid 500 rupee for that. The breakfast was 2 small idlies snd one vada. Very worst experience

Worst hotel to stay. Not at all recommended to anyone. My staff was staying there for two nights. No cleanliness & totally unhygienic. It’s like free Dharmashala. ( sometime Dharmashala is better than this )

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
