Finding for cheap as well as good place I arranged my wedding reception at this place however neither was it cheap nor it was good. The instrumental songs that were played in background had ADs in it. I was promised different decoration and was given different. The management is worst, the food was very salty and spicy. Only thing that was good in a heavy menu was ICE CREAM (which they served very late after most of the guest left & when later i went to ask for ice cream they said it is finished) The list of worst management and food can go on and on. But overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY BIG CELEBRATION UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SELF AND THE GUEST TO SUFFER.

There is a huge difference between online booking prices and when you actually go to hotel. Its like a scam and even hotel staff suggesting to not book online. Also, there are no proper amenities and cleanliness in the rooms. Totally waste of money atleast they should give services based on what they are charging.

Never go to this property with your family. The hotel staff and management are extremely unprofessional. They were not even attending and were muttering something in gujrati with unpleasant tone, like I was going to stay there for free of cost. The hotel denied my booking whereas the fab hotel customer care executive was repeatedly saying that my booking is confirmed and they have sent the booking confirmation to hotel multiple times. I was there at 8 pm with the family and argued for more than an hour but the hotel didn't accept that my booking was confirmed. At last the manager/owner confirmed over the phone that hotel had cancelled my booking. So if you are coming here, you are most likely to receive treatment like this even if you are with your family. After 1 hour struggle and before shifting to another hotel I thought to atleast check the room and the room was pathetic. Fan was not working, staff was not sure if the AC would work. It was like cheap rooms available near railway stations of most of the cities in india. There were also some local men partying and dancing in the lawn, which was giving a negative vibe there. In the end I felt happy that I didn't have to stay here. I was shifted to hotel midtown in fatehganj area by fabhotel. And believe me, that was the most pleasant stay I have ever had.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
