Fab Hotel people are cheaters , at first they tell you to advance and at the time of check in they try to shift you to other partner hotels, where usually people don't prefer to stay, when you realise you have been cheated, they wouldn't pay you back the advance , It's routine Scam they have been practicing especially with the outside city people. Staffs are very helpful no doubt they are very cooperative but rooms are not that good especially bathrooms are quite dirty and less hygiene. It's my request please make room upgraded and maintain hygiene please.

I stayed in this hotel on 25th Jan. It was an impromptu visit as I was on a trip. When I checked in around 9 pm, they didn't tell me the check out time but made me leave at 10:30 am the next day. The usual check out time for all hotels is around noon, but as they had a big party coming in, they were very rude about my stay. I was not provided with water or food arrangement. The only thing available were the AC and a towel. They didn't even provide an ash tray. In all, it was a horrible experience.

Staying in this hotel was the worst experience of my life. First time at check in I was asked more money than booking. I said that the booking has already been done and the money has also been decided. Those people said that you should call and ask for the price. I don't understand what to ask after payment? Then I was given the option that you will be given a lower room apart from the booked rum. Booked through agoda and how to contact agoda in India is very difficult. Another point is that my booking was flexi timed. In which I can check in or check out anytime. Even while leaving I was told that you have to leave and pay money if you want to stay. If such an incident happens in the countryside, your brain will go bad. Don't book in this hotel even by mistake. Doesn't even deserve 0 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
