This is my personal experience i share. I entered to the hotel,reception looks very good I thought even hotel room may be excellent but I was wrong and I got very disappointed.Bed sheet looks yellowish,dust you can see everywhere in fan,TV etc.Bathroom looks pathetic no proper hygiene.no towels no soap also geyger not working.Telling about food i got sick after that, I eat food from outside later.I told to reception to change my bedsheet but they didn't change at all,which shows their service.Rooms are very noisy always disturb by outside vechile sound.I stayed in other fab hotel also like in f9 sec27 noida,their room condition and service are excellent,with almost same price.

I made a direct booking through FabHotel, and now I'd like to provide my feedback on the following points: 1. Initially, when I checked the pictures on Google, I noticed the presence of the FabHotel logo or signage associated with the hotel. However, when I arrived at the location, it proved extremely challenging to locate the hotel as there were no visible signs or indications of FabHotel in the vicinity. 2. The condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory. The bedsheets were unclean, toiletries were lacking, towels were in poor condition, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the fridge was non-operational. 3. Despite their kitchen being open 24 hours, the quality of the food left much to be desired. We ordered roti, but it seemed to be a blend of Maida and wheat, suggesting possible food adulteration. 4. One amusing observation I made was regarding their in-room food menu. The menu cards featured rather comical spelling errors, such as "Snacks" being spelled as "SANCKES," "Vegetable" as "VEGITABLE," and "Starters" as "STATERS." What's even more amusing is that the hotel includes "International" in its name. It's quite an ironic twist! Overall, my experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend anyone to go there.

The name hotel fab 9 is not there it's by the name noida international so had issue in locating also. About room service it's pathetic with room phone not working so one hotel guy gave on number which was off duty many times. Then about room drinking water not available and have to ask guy again and again geyser not working and condition also not as per the price so if any refund policy there kindly proceed with it .

The worst hotel I have visited.my biggest mistake to visit in this worst hotel.Everything was bad. 1) hotels staff unprofessional behaviour they are rude and not polite at all. 2) dirty rooms and bathroom 3)to much noise coming from others rooms. 4) location is also bad. 5) badsheet was so bad and dirty. If you are couple and you want to book hotel I advised do not visit in this hotel. My ratings are 00000000 for all

Very ugly and dirty hotel booked by Fab inspite of my clear instructions to provide hygeine room. 3 days advance payment taken only to cheat the guest promising good service not to honoured

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
