Really great location in the heart of Salt Lake, but lots of slum areas in the adjacent street. There's a bar on the ground floor and shisha being served in the hotel restaurants, making it not very family friendly. The rooms are dirty and filthy with stain marks. The photos on the booking websites show a really different picture than the actual state of rooms. Nevertheless, is alright for a short stay but nothing luxurious

Very unprofessional staff.The night receptionist was horrendous.We arrived late in the midnight due to our delayed fight .We could not find anyone in the reception and I started to wander around the hotel looking for someone Finally when I found the night receptionist, he was eating and he said he would assist us in a moment.He made us wait for more than 20 minutes time , while he was taking his sweet time to finish his food.Once he is back , he made us fill up 2-3 registers as if we are living in the early 90's where the was no internet, so old school and time consuming.it took us another 10-25 minutes and we were already so tired.so we had a horrible start .The rooms are just ok. Location is 10/10 as it's just in a stone's throw away distance from city centre 1 mall . Complimentary breakfast was served in room and there were only 2 choices .Parathas or bread toast . Overall, I would say , the hotel was little overpriced looking at its level of cleanliness, staffs behaviour and professionalism. Advice: atleast put hotels direct number in the booking sites as it is very hard to get connected to the hotel since the call goes directly to the customer care of hotel Fabs and not to the hotel we want to connect.

Its not about my stay that i am impressed of, its about that extra effort taken by the customer service to ensure my safety and well being. My booking was cancelled due to some early checkin problems and i was leaft all alone in the city with no where to go however the customer service provider made that extra empathetic effort ensuring i shud get the room with a safe check out. Thankyu for that and the stay was good.

Food is very good and testy. Every time we got hot food. All time running hot water . It was a great experience staying this hotel in winter. Behaviour of staffs are also very good.

While booking they said it was deluxe room and charged 1700 ,which is fine for deluxe room. But it was . The condition of the room is very poor , bathroom is very small , bed-sheet had a whole in it , room looks like 700-800 rs room . Not a single rupee more than that. Don’t go in this hotel, unless it’s emergency

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
