        Overall disappointing thing is attitude of receptionist are the worst and rude. Exact word when the room got locked with keys struck inside is "OK today you are going to sleep outside with out any of your belongings" FabHotel should be ashamed for promoting or being in partner with these kind of worst people Review : Firstly place is very close to a bar hence so much of unnecessary crowd and fuzz . Secondly parking is very far and very step down. Third the room given to us had a broken lock and they did fix it. This created lot of unnecessary complications. Fourth room didn't have working water heater. Fifth room had black fungus infestation in bathroom. Sixth Bed was not so conformable it was all saggy. Only good thing is it had good view but lot of disturbance from neighbours

        Please go for Delux rooms. Go for Rooms with no.1003 or 1004 or 1007 or 1008. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy and have bigger rooms. I am bit upset regarding the service, I locked myself out and I asked the manager to share the spare key card and he directly told me that he can't help as they don't have apare key and he was not at all helpful. When I asked him to speak with owner, he told me that owner is in Chennai and owner have the spare key. It was really funny. They are running a hotel and they don't have spare key. He somehow managed to get the spare key. Restaurant - Food was really awesome but service is bad. Overall it was a great stay and please don't rely on the below reviews. I don't know what they want in this budget.

        First of all, it is not and can not be a starred hotel. When we booked through Fab hotel, we were told that this is 3 star hotel and charges were in accordance. Very disappointing at this front. We think that we heavily overpaid. To add insult to injury had to pay more for additional day stay. No room service is big con. Dont expect water bottles and glasses in the room. That you yourself have to fetch from the water dispenser installed outside. TV does not show any channels. Repeated requests gone in vein. Restaurant running in the hotel building, by someone else, is cheap, unhygenic and have very poor service. Is there any good ? Location is probably okay. It is near to Lake. But I recommend looking for hotels near to coaker's walk, as they are much in centre and have good market around. Fab Hotel....don't fool people. You should consider compensating us for the ordeal we had.

        Pathetic hospitality and useless manager with zero sense of managerial skills. No one should waste a penny by staying in this hotel as the rooms are not managed properly plus for everything the response you get is no or I will arrange the same by tomorrow. The only saving grace of the hotel was the assistant boy who was just a phone call away but under the useless manager ofcourse he can’t help you beyond a certain limit.

        Deluxe rooms provided were good and spacious, well carpeted. Only complaint is we got basement rooms which were extra cold. The food in the in-house restaurant was good.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
