        Not a good experience. Service is very bad. At the check out time I told them 3-4 times to take my luggages from the room, they repeatedly said that we are sending but no one is there to take the luggages. Rooms are dirty and very small. Apart from this in terms of cleanliness they will get a big zero, food utensils are really very dirty. Overall the stay at this hotel is not good. Please don't choose to stay at this hotel. In this price range you will get other good hotels.

        Ac was fine, bed was comfortable. But room was not clean. They gave quilt with blood stains. That was unhygienic. Food was good and affordable. Staffing were nice.

        One of worst place i stayed. 1. The reception guy checked the amount i paid for the room online and then assigned me a room based on that. 2. Room is as small as possible. No way close to the pictures shown online. 3. Lot of mosquitoes 4. Blanket and pillows are very very dirty.

        Hotel Was good. Also at prime location. Very near to airport and important places. Staff behaviour was good. The room that I got was not clean. Geazer was not working. Insects were running near the bed. Apart from this hotel is good. Happy Customer.

        Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was average, cleanliness little required and perfect to celebrate a vocational weekend. Booked through fab hotels @1400 they explained actual prices were @1200 if booked directly. Points are:- Cleanliness: 6/10 Room services:- 10/10 Location: 07/10 (Rec if you are travelling via Flight) Places to visit are slightly far from airport.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
