It was a great experience. food was too good , staffs are very helpful polite. hygiene 10 out of 10 .peaceful location is great. i will definitely recommend my friends and next if i visit i will prefer step inn thanks for making our trip memorable😄

I would like to give 5 star to this hotel for providing amazing service to my family during there stay.. I wife stayed at hotel for 4 days last week and service and staff approached was excellent. Thank you to all the management for providing.. only was a concerned that the lighting was bit deem in the room.. if that can be sorted .. then it's a pleasant place to stay. Looking forward 👌 for future stay.

My stay at FabHotels was truly disappointing. Sadly, the level of customer service was severely lacking. Whenever I approached the staff with questions, they would simply nod, offering no substantial assistance. In an effort to be a courteous guest, I even went as far as offering generous tips to the room attendants. However, the individual at the reception desk displayed a discourteous demeanor and seemed disengaged from their role. It felt as though checking in guests was an inconvenience to him. Adding to our frustration, I had multiple bags to carry, and my wife had recently undergone wrist surgery. I politely asked if someone at the hotel could help us transport our luggage downstairs. Unfortunately, my request was met with a refusal, with the explanation that there was an elevator available for our use. While I acknowledged the elevator's presence, using it alone would have necessitated multiple trips up and down, which was far from ideal for our situation. This marks my first and last stay with FabHotels.

For early check in and late check-out they ask for a full day price. Even though u need room for 6 hours. That's totally unfair. The receptionist is a bit arrogant. Rooms are quite ok but it's too smelly. For an awful smell -1/5

This FEB property is in good location, has many joints near by for food and drinks. Bath room is clean but maintained. Water flow is not enough through shower. Water taps needs repairing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
