        Safety Concerns for Female Guests I had serious safety concerns during my stay at Fab Hotel Aurelia Grand. Limited surveillance cameras and poorly lit areas made me feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. I also experienced unwelcome advances from male staff members. Safety should be a priority for hotels, especially for female guests. I urge the management to address these issues and improve security measures.         It's a very basic property—even more so than its price would suggest. We reached early in the morning and the tiny reception was unclean and smelly. The elevator wasn't working either. We requested a room, or even just a bathroom we could use to get ready, but the receptionist said that all the rooms were sold out and that the common toilet was too unclean for us to be able to use, and that the cleaning staff wouldn't come for the next two hours. There were a couple of guests who checked out in front of us, and upon our request, he said we could use one of the rooms as the bathrooms were relatively clean, but that we would have to pay for having checked in early. This despite the fact that the room was completely untidy and all we would be doing was getting ready and leaving the hotel in an hour, and even our luggage was being kept in the reception area only. He said that the room wasn't ours for the next three hours and if any of the other guests at the property wanted to use it (because it was a wedding party), we would have to vacate it. And yet he wanted us to pay to use the bathroom inside it. It's a very cheap establishment with no customer service attitude whatsoever. I strongly doubt the authenticity of some of the positive reviews online. My advice would be to steer clear of this lodge.

        The rooms were clean, which was a huge plus. Some drawbacks to point out would be that the AC didn't cool properly. There are no individual geysers in each bathroom. If you need hot water, you'd have to inform the front desk to turn on the central supply of hot water, which was also not working the morning I had to leave. They do not allow outside food. Location factor was not at all not satisfactory

        My experience in Aurelia Grand was too smooth and at ease I got all the room services… According to the rate they offered for the room the amenities were way too good and elegant!!!! Their staff dealt my requirements with all the patience and love!!! Also the food was super delicious and worth trying… I’ll always refer this as my first choice to visit it again!!!

        Good room and tasty food. Room service was the best as they served with great enthusiasm. It's genuenly commendable. Reception was also extremely smooth and friendly. Sweet people. Thankyou for making it feel so at home.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
