        All services were good....food and the hospitality Two issues I found...one was that I was constantly receiving msgs to pay a advance amount to FabHotel for confirmation of the room and when I reached Hotel the staff said the advance payment is not required. So it's very difficult to acquire a bill (as we have to do two payments - one to FabHotel and other to The hotel directly)and as we visit for official work...it's difficult to claim the money. No full coordination between the Hotel and FabHotel services..which is not right. The second issue I faced was - Had asked them whether I could stay back for 1-2 hours as my train was in the evng But the staffs immediately asked for more money which I thought could have been avoided If the rooms are not occupied...then they could provide such free service for atleast 1-2 Hrs as this is helpful and some other Hotels do follow such things. This are the things which troubled me the most...rest all services were good Hope that the authorised persons look into this matter seriously.

        Neither location not the quality of the service from hospitality point of view. Person on reception is rude and very arrogant. This hotel don't provide tea/coffee round the clock. Rooms are very very small even congested for two. I would recommend finding another hotel in this are of new town in Kolkata

        Except location, All other things are pathetic. The rooms are not good, they are too small. The food menu is exhaustive but in actual they only have rice dal chicken. And service I don't find a word better than pathetic.

        I already go ther since 1 years ,they are very humble person,and also they are taking well care of their coustomer, room's are very good, family, unmarried couple,singel parson Botha are allowed,,... also they are trying to give the best facilities to coustomer

        Excellent service given by all the staffs Food served were also very tasty and healthy. Proper hygiene were maintened by hotel staffs.
