My first experience with them turned out to be a worst nightmare, best to avoid them, not worth the hassle, agreed to pay extra Rs. 500 for early check-in and made booking by paying advance amount, upon arrival in the wee hours, shocked to find out no rooms were available, I was not alone, there were a couple of hours too waiting for rooms at the reception, hotel receptionist had no update on the early check-in request made over customer service, poorly managed and coordinated customer service and on ground team, tried to get customer service on the line, no one answered the call, gave up after trying a few times, booked another hotel after lot of struggle and checked-in but lost a good couple of hours in managing all this crisis due to fab hotel poor customer service, I lost my booking amount back as I couldn't cancel the booking since it was booked over phone via customer service. Horrible experience, unreliable customer service, strictly do not recommend fab hotel chain.

Good location, but can improve on overall hotel experience Liked : The room was clean and big. The location is really good for shopping, and lots of food around. Disliked : When we came to the hotel, the staff didn't even know we had a reservation, room was not ready despite past check in time, our booking stated 2 persons, the room was prepared for only 1 person,, we had to ask them to bring toiletries and towels as none was supplied despite on booking it stated it was supplied with room. The towel brought was not clean as well, had to exchange it again. The guy at the reception is rude and has absolutely no hospitality. The breakfast don't expect much. its very basic. WIFI very slow.

Horrible experience at check in. The Manager was rude, curt and refused to allot a room saying they are fully booked. Your call centre had confirmed availability and I paid full advance too. Ultimately, had to go for work WITHOUT checking in and was allotted a room only at 12 noon. It is the nasty behaviour of the Manager that I have to bring to your attention. Room was good and neat. But the check in experience was shocking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
