Nice place to visit with big family. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is balcony for almost each room. From railway station distance is almost 2km. You will find some trouble in finding path to this place but you may ask locals for the same. From railway station there is a road parallel to railway tracks using which you can move towards this location, then follow the Google map view. Please note that Google map do not show direction to this location as it was not updated till Dec 2018.but birds eye view of Google map can show road like lines to follow to take your vehicle to this location.

We reached this place in night. There was water on roads and around hotel till shin level. The room we got was disgusting. Every wall was ruined because of dampness. fan worked for only half an hour and after that there was no electricity whole night! The room didn't have a attached bathroom. And maybe used by the staff living there so it smelled. Whole hall and kitchen, bathroom were smelling so bad. No proper hygiene, cleanliness was maintained anywhere!

The host Mr. Hashim is really hospitable. Extremely comfortable stay with up to date amenities. I believe due to COVID19 they are short of staff, hence the service was slightly slow due to lack of manpower. But I am sure as things normalise, this is a beautiful bungalow set up for large family get togethers. The pool and the kids play area amidst a well landscaped garden is the highlight of this property.

No cleanliness and water leakage from ac. All blankets had fungus spots and bad odour from it 2 bathrooms didn’t had water and unhygienic. Worst experience and worst service

Place is very nice and soothing. Rooms are good and clean and staff are also polite and cooperative but services are slow.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
