        Food quality need to improve Waiting time of room service is too much longer. I ordered the dinner at 9:30pm and person reached room with dinner by 10:45 pm. Needed extra chapatis but they denied for it. So need to improve service Location wise and nearby atmosphere is very good to stay.

        To anyone who is going to book this property as a small & temporary stay guesthouse due to it being close to Fairfield and other wedding venues. . PLEASE DO NOT DO SO . I have never had as bad an experience with a hospitality partner than I have had with them. . We checked the property 4 months before our family wedding and then the one they had showed was good. But on the day we checked in, all the rooms were horrible. They had promised us Bread toast, aloo Paratha, Puri sabji, tea and coffee for breakfast and they had 0 arrangement for any. They said that they can only serve boiled egg or omelette. We were a pure-veg family. When we mentioned about what we were promised the guy (Sajal) says - "Matha pagal aache naa ki?" (Are you mad?) . We then tried ordering food from outside for our guests as all of us had travelled through the night and were hungry. They denied that saying 'Outside food is not allowed' . . . The staff and the people who own / operate the hotel are very rude and impolite. Anyone operating in the hospitality sector should be hospitable but these folks were far from it. They will blame the guest for their shortcomings and then try to intimidate using police's name. We lived through 2 hrs of horror with them and then cancelled our entire booking of 16 rooms for 3-4 days and went to a different place It hurts me to see this property being called a hotel - it is better to term it as a scare-house

        Toilets and bathroom should be more clean, linens were have many dirty spots as also in towel. In the breakfast only toasted bread and tea was there on alternate day, 1-2 more options should be there. Staffs were good but very slow in their work/services.

        Very bad experience!!! The staff was rude and also had to pay for a single bottle of water which should be complimentary. Although the rooms and the location was decent enough but the kind of behaviour and service was really very disappointing.

        Room was neat and clean. Well Maintained Building. Bathroom was satisfying. But they took extra 400 for early check-in though I have already talked to the Fab Hotels customer care executive and he assured me that he had talked to the hotel owner about the early check-in and no extra charge I will have to pay there at hotel. Very Very Bad experience from Fab Hotels Executives sites.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
