Service could've been better. No one came to clean the room in 6 days or replace the old shampoo bottles or clear the dustbin or atleast change the bed sheets. Good thing is, they have 24 hour support to help as required and the view is just awesome!

Recently we stayed at the east view property. The location is right on the ghat and view is outstanding. However we have few observations. 1. Vehicle can not reach anywhere close by. You have to assume atleast 20 mins of walk with luggage through barely 4-5 feet wide lanes which are full of People, shops, cows, garbage ..we lost one wheel of trolley bag due to this walk. Not complaining but if you have sensoraship citizens or small kids with you, not recommended at all. 2. Property being directly on ghat, the only access is to get down 150 feet descend which could be difficult for senior People and esp when the down route is full of cows and cowdung. 3. The kitchen is on 5th floor with no elevator/lift. So after all the walk you had on ghats, you have to climb up 5 floors for basic tea Coffee or meals. Food is very good but you have to be ready to have only alu paratha and butter toast everyday. Meals need to be ordered in advance atleast 2 hours as they dont stock anything. 4. Staff is really good, Ankit in reception, sandeep in housekeeping and the cook in kitchen. But for a place with 15-20 rooms they are extremely short staffed with just 3 People. We personally enjoyed the property as we ate most of the time outside and lovely to walk but famiies with kids and parents were extremely frustrated. So think before you book with all the experience. When we book, we go throughout their call center and they were not aware of many of these things. Their primary ajenda is to get your booking So we wanted to put this review.

Good location, good rooms and coasy bed, the blankets had stain in it and we took a master room, and in the hall, the fan was'nt working and bad smell coming in the balcony. Great innovation of the restraunt, but still need to work on the food. The staff was not very polite and in the restraunt we orded something, but the food came after an hour. Good restraunt, but the food didn't dilevered to taste.

Everything is worst about this hotel. Be it rooms, service, location or any other aspect for grading any hotel. They charge like a 4-star hotel and provide service of a zero-star hotel. If anyone is planning to book this hotel at Varanasi, I would suggest a complete no & to reconsider their decision. Look any hotel which should not be near ghat as ghats are highly inaccessible if you are coming with older family members or kids. Once again Fabhotels east view Varanasi is the worst hotel I have ever visited.
