The hotel was quite good but the manager was rude and he had charged more than usual as pre-booking was done and the amount was also paid then also he charged and it was late night we had travelled from another city to here we had no other option then paying him extra...rest room and location is quite good, and the restaurants nearby are best for lunch and dinner and that makes this hotel to b in good area...

Very good hotel to stay with Friends and Family. Rooms were neat and big enough. Only problem is there is no dedicated parking. You need to park anywhere nearby. There are also few 'No Parking ' area near the hotel. So, be careful while parking. Will recommend to all.

I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10. But apart from the rating the best part is that I never felt that I am staying in any hotel because of the ambiance and service like.. The kind of service specially Mr Nagraj has given to us in last 1week is commendable. Can't ask for more. Entire Fab Emerald team cheers and keep up the good service.. Awesome experience!!

The hotel is pretty decent and the room offered was quite spacious. The unfortunate part was they don't clean the rooms on a regular basis. Even when you are going out and informing the reception to get the room cleaned, that never happened. The staff is good, but are not aware of the flow of work. Altogether if you are not going to stay long in the room and are traveling for work then it's a very pocket friendly place. There are a few decent eateries nearby and the tea stall next door is really good.

Rooms were not tidy and upkeep is not good. Washbasin is having very poor water flow, water stagnating in the bathroom, air conditioner was not working. Lastbut not the least, quality of breakfast outsourced by the hotel from the market was neither hygenic nor tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
