        Very bad experience! Don’t book this hotel before you read this message!!! Even though we stayed there one night, it was terrible. Super dirty and the room didn’t correspond to the booking com pictures. Stuff members (apart one person) were super ignorant and mean. And on top of that, they took my references number on booking com, and left amazing review by themselves. Additionally, breakfast was included in the booking price and in the hotel they told me that is not. There were leaks in the room, fungi on the walls, no windows. Really really bad experience. They should close it for renovations and fire 90% of stuff members!

        I am writing to express my worst experience with a disappointment the experience I had during my recent stay at your establishment. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a certain level of service and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I would like to bring to your attention the issue I faced during my stay at your hotel. I had a talk with your crew member Tanisha and was very clear about my stay at exotica fab hotel but she booked at different hotel senitnal suite which we were unaware of it and she booked at such worst hotel and she’s not answering the calls, I would like to take this at a higher authority because last time I had faced the similar issue and my problem was not solved

        Terrible experience. Business trip, and had to stay at Green Park due to location constraints. Booked via company travel portal where they're listed. In the evening called to confirm arrival later that night. We arrive at night and they claim they are out of rooms. Shunted to their lajpat nagar completely defeating the purpose of booking. Highly unprofessional. Lied and did not fulfill commitment. Zero stars for customer service. Would not recommend.

        Prime location.. But the room is small and felt cramping for the laptop desk and restroom.. Hot water dint come properly in shower.. Though they tried to fix it, it dint come off well..

        The hotel is neat, service provided was decent enough but rooms are smaller and less ventilated. For the price paid, bigger rooms are expected.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
