Poorest hotel in musoorie The manager MR ANIL JI was coordinating with me in the starting I asked if they have parking he said yes ,when I reached there was no parking we payed 1000 before entering on mall road and for the extra parking charge and I asked about the hotel from near by shops they said clearly ma'am ye saare tourist ka chutiya banate ha dikhate kuch ha karte kuch ha and apni galti to bilkul nahi mante so that's why I am typing this long reviews

Worst experience! The manager if this property is Illiterate, rude and very unprofessional. I was having a number of problems in the room like no socket was working, flush was not working, wifi was not working so i called him to solve the issues, instead of sorting out the problems he was like abhi ek minute me hotel khaali kar and he was very rude. I came at the reception and asked him that is this the way to talk, he was very much drunk and said haan aise hi hota hai abhi ke abhi room khaali kar.. I was there with my friends so we managed and checked out but what if i was there with my family? The manager needs to learn manners and stop being drunk on duty. If the owner see this review i request you check the cctv footage of your reception of yesterday around 8pm. i will never recommend this property to anyone.

My worst ever experience in any hotel ever.. This is a hotel with no parking facility at all.. Don’t just visit coz it’s Fab Hotel coz the hotel is old as Adam’s era, coz they don’t even keep electric kettles in rooms, unless you ask for it, along with towels (which is basic need of every visitor), They clearly deny that we don’t provide hand towels, which is quite weird .. room service is pathetic, so is the restaurant (food available at their kitchen)… In short Not recommended at all
