        Hotel is completely not worth the price! The rooms are mostly of small size apart from some of them, and they are not hygienic at all! There are bedbugs in the mattress, rooms are also not very tidy in most scenarios especially the bathrooms are filthy and very unkept! In one of there rooms the bathrooms drainage was blocked and the water was getting into the room itself! And also there is no hospitality in the staff, the main female receptionist talks in such a manner which will just provoke you in anger. There are no amenities or toiletries provided, and basic stuff is also charged very unfairly.. The hotel’s kitchen is also pathetic, there was an insect in the salad of the food ordered, else you can make it out yourself! The main advantage of this hotel is the location and the connectivity it gets you to public transports..

        The rooms are very small, there were stains on pillow covers and blanket. The bathrooms are also very small, took a shower and the water entered the bedroom as there was no proper drainage. There were footprints on the wall idk how. The only plus point is the location since it is near metro station and bus stand, also not very far from airport and railway station. There is no parking space as well. Outside food is not allowed and the hotel food is not worth it. Ordered food from a nearby outlet and asked them for cutlery, they were charging ₹50 for single plate. Forget about complimentary drinks they even charge for water bottles that too more than the actual MRP.

        Very Very poor service and dirty room....... staffs have no etiquettes even receptionist has very rude behaviour…..overall very bad....i had booked by online to see their room pictures but once I look thoroughly i was shocked and I don’t have any choice to move another place they provide me 3rd room by rejected me 1st & 2nd room I will not stay there again.

        If u r going to use the rooms for an hour or two, That will be fine but if u r going with ur family for a day or more. U r going to suffer with lots of things like room cleaning and hot water. My suggestion is to kindly tell the reception lady to talk in a professional way. Kindly check the leakage issue in the bathroom and tell the room boy not to disturb anyone in the middle of the night knocking the door.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
