This establishment's lack of commitment to honoring confirmed reservations raises serious doubts about their integrity and dedication to customer service.         I regret to recount my deeply disappointing experience with Hotel Heritage. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel staff denied me check-in upon arrival. Their conduct was highly unprofessional and characterized by extreme rudeness, adding to the distress of the situation. As a result, I suffered a severe mental breakdown due to the stress and vulnerability of being left stranded despite a guaranteed reservation. The unhelpful and disrespectful behavior of the staff worsened an already distressing situation. I strongly advise caution and reconsideration before choosing Hotel Heritage due to their lack of professionalism and the distress they caused me. I wish I could give less than 1 star for my overall experience with them.

        BETTER TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL Absolutely appalling experience at Hotel Heritage. They have no regard for confirmed bookings. My reservation meant nothing when they decided to cancel it for their personal guests. The staff's behavior was beyond unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. Left stranded with no regard for their mistake, causing immense stress and inconvenience. A hotel that disregards confirmed bookings for personal preferences is unacceptable. Don't trust your reservation with Hotel Heritage; they don't value their guests' commitments or respect professionalism. Disappointing and disrespectful treatment, steer clear of this place.

        Extremely disappointed with Hotel Heritage. Despite a confirmed booking, they abruptly canceled my reservation just because they prioritized their personal guests over confirmed customers. The staff's unprofessionalism and lack of concern for confirmed bookings are appalling. This incident left me stranded, feeling utterly disregarded and disrespected. A complete lack of accountability and useless staff exacerbated an already distressing situation. Beware, as your confirmed booking might mean nothing if they accommodate personal guests. A regretful and distressing experience, and a complete lack of professionalism. Think twice before choosing Hotel Heritage.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
