        Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival at 11AM, we were unexpectedly charged an additional INR 600 for early check-in. Moreover, the lack of information and unresponsiveness from the hotel staff regarding its location was frustrating. The absence of a restaurant facility and the difficulty in finding nearby dining options for breakfast and lunch further added to the inconvenience. The quality of the amenities, such as the non-functioning geyser and TV, along with the dismal state of the bathrooms, left much to be desired. Considering the high charges, the room fell short of expectations, which greatly impacted my overall trip experience. The delayed response time from the staff, with a minimum wait of 15 minutes upon calling, only aggravated the situation. Regrettably, I will not be considering another visit here in the future

        When we check in hotel ,staff is says we have no booking for you and we can not give you room pls visit us our another branch after check in another hotel who give me details of another hotel . Hotel staff is very un friendly and his not gives me a water bottle and coffee also. Dinner is not serviceble in night . Room is very poor condition broke roof and drop a water after few minuts and

        I had kids and family with me.Hotel staff took care of everything from check in to check out.Good hotel in my budget. Will definitely try again if I visit in Delhi.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
