Found bedbugs in bed. Please be careful, might end up in hospital. Towels and bedsheets are smelly. You can see real condition of beds and pillows if you remove the covers. May be thats the reason of bugs. Hot water issue. Didn't feel safe. Not a family friendly place as well. On top of it hotel people are very rude and commanding and obviously demands more money for room even after booking. Please make sure to call them once and verify once regarding the price. But I suggest you to reconsider your decision of taking the room.

The room was not at all satisfying. It was dirty, Restroom was not maintained properly and salt coated everywhere, flush wasn't working at all, taps were very dirty, the cupboards were moldy, the bed and the bed covers were having dirt marks on them, moreover the bed was not fitting into the cot plus the cot was making huge noise just to sit on it, even the anchors were dirty to use. We barely stayed there for 20 minutes and checked-out and complained customer care asking for refund

Pros: Adequately clean, big rooms with working electronics (A/C, TV, exhaust). Good staff and service. Few restaurants in 500m proximity. Cons: Location: Need vehicle to reach as it's 1 km inside of OMR. Lot of stray dogs, making night commute scary. No restaurant in-house. Could be more cleaner. Pillows were old. Water flow in sink and shower is very low.

Staff are running an absolute scam over there. Will not recommend this at all. We notified the staff we’ll be arriving late and they said ok. But the time we arrived they said no rooms are available even though we had paid entirely for the room for two days. FabHotel was also not corporative. 10/10 WON’T recommend this.

It's really worst. I booked from fab not at all worthy. Room and bathroom are not clean. Bed is not fit in the cot even bedsheet are very dirty not at all clean. Location is not that much good. Worst experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
