I stayed with my family from 22.12.2023 till 25.12.2023. Considering the price, the room was quite spacious with all basic facilities advertised. The room along with the washroom was clean. An extra mattress was given for my daughter as per my booking but no extra bed. The locality was good and calm. We had a sound sleep at night. The service was very good. The owner was really very nice and cooperative along with the support staff. The location is towards the developing portion of Jaipur city and is far from the popular sight-seeing places of Jaipur. But it is in a location which is full of malls, branded stores etc. The food price appeared high compared to the quantity served but the food appeared hygienic.

The hotel is a really affordable choice to stay and has an amazing location. The food was okayish as it was not up to the mark but it was cheap. Location of the hotel is near to so many places like theaters and restaurants, which makes it optimal choice to stay. The staff is nice but late.

Owner has invested hell of amount but not invested to keep good staff. Food served on not properly cleaned crockery. Only RO water. Staff keep mineral water for their own use. Food quality horrible. There is ample good food available around. please don't waste on ordering from hotel kitchen. They didn't bother to check even spoon are given or not. Manager is busy only in booking. even after escalated to him. he was least bother. wasted money here.

Good rooms, good service and a great stay. Food was good too. Excellent location. Only downside is that there is no lift, so take note if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
