        NOT RECOMMENDED - DONT BOOK - The stay at the FAB Hotel in Hyderabad was extremely bad. It was one of my worst experiences. The rooms were full of cockroaches, the bathrooms were so dirty, it stank penetratingly of urine and damp hair. There were nests of cockroaches under the mattress, I noticed this way too late unfortunately. My stay was basically 11 nights, but I had to leave the hotel after 4 nights. I spoke to the hotel staff there, unfortunately no solution was found to get compensation. The staff at the front desk showed absolutely no remorse or understanding. The price was exorbitantly overpriced for the services. Also the reviews were not bad, but absolutely does not apply. During the nights it was extremely noisy, both in the göngen and outside. The guests or staff could not behave properly, there was always loud music playing, loud shouting and fuss. I can't tell if it was staff or guests. The fact is, nothing was done about it. DO NOT BOOK THE FAB HOTEL - I can only strongly advise against it, do not make the same mistake as I did.

        Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room which I booked is full of cockroaches. I Immediately complained about it and asked them to change my room, soon one assistant came with pest control spray and tried to spray allover the room and left, but again cockroaches came out, after all inconvenience they changed my room. Coming to food, it was also not that appreciable, they wont even provide water bottle until we ask for. Overall it is just a pathetic hotel with no hygiene, no ambience, no maintenance.

        1. This hotel is cockroach infested. The moment you turn off lights you can find a lot of cockroaches roaming around, the small cockroach type. I read the same in some other reviews, so it seems to be a hotel issue and not specific to any room. 2. The bathroom doesn't have an air outlet, neither a window nor an exhaust. As a result it's stale air all over unless you keep the room-window open for a while. 3. Bathroom: the taps leak. And such is the construction that foul smell come in through the wash basin outlet hole, although it has a net etc. 4. Overall very poorly managed hygiene. The moment you enter even the reception area, a foul smell hits you. I stayed here for 4 nights, I asked them the 1st 2 days back to back to spray hit in the bathroom, they didn't. Pros: 1.         I have never ever stayed in a hotel where there is no water in bathroom. I woke up at 4am and till 700 am there was no water. I have to leave without bathing or even washing face as there seems no possibility of water getting resumed. The staff was cooperative enough but they can't help to improve infrastructure. Fab Casa should check the capabilities of owner of property before putting them to their group.

        1.The room was good but the toilets have some leakage... Especially in room number 402's hand wash sink leaking out water in the outlet... Also the western style toilet basin is shaking ... 2. Reasonable price.. 3. No food facilities... However the hotel allows you to take outside food and also to order in online food platforms 4. If you're from other states... There is a separate restaurant in ground floor... U can try only juice and BBQ chicken... Others will bleed your tongue with lots of spices

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
