        Worst experience ever I had in my life on a stay. Horrible stay and I felt rooms, bedcovers, pillow covers, duvet and duvet cover where uncleaned for ages. I request to change those but again they provided cover which are used already smells bad. Completely uncleaned room and bathroom, Smells horrible. And in common hall has very strong smoking smell always I felt difficult to breathe. The people work there doesn't care about the property.

        Worst experience ever. There is no board mentioning it was run by FabHotel and this is Joy’s residency. Disgusting rooms, bad smells and horrible washrooms. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and yellowish. The one at reception was uncooperative and rude. This place is not safe for family, which is 100% against the FABHOTEL declaration 100% safe. My trust in FabHotel is gone.

        Worst experience ever. Absolutely disgusting rooms and washrooms are horrible. The geyser didn't work.Not at all maintained. Not even worth paying 300 bucks for a night. I have stayed in hostels which are a lot better than this. The bedsheets and pillow covers have become yellowish. After all this we had to pay extra because we were a little late to checkout, though no other bookings were there. The manager is absolutely uncooperative, rude and uncouth.

        This place deserves minus stars! Customers should be paid to stay in this hotel and not the other way around! We booked 3 rooms but before checking we were “requested” to adjusted in 2 rooms despite the booking confirmed! One of the most ridiculous stays ever! Absolutely disgusting rooms, dirtiest possible washrooms, the rooms were as stinky as they come! The staff was rude! No driking water, no towels, no fresh linen, no dustbins, the toilet was not cleaned, no water in the toilets. Fake pictures of the rooms was shared at the time of booking! No breakfast (obviously)!! If this is the quality of fabHotels, everyone should delete the app and never ever use FabHotels! The name of the hotel was Ark Residency not Joy’s residency

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
