Room was in disaster condition. Shower water was flowing more towards the roof. Linen was stained and dirty and hairs in the linen. After telling the receptionist the linen was not changed and place the same linen. For hot water need to call every time. The hot water came hot only for few minutes . Location was pathetic. Pictures on the website is different from realty. I will never recommend fab hotels. It’s the worst hotel experience of my life. Need to ask for complimentary water.

I will come again and again to this hotel !!! It is an unusually homely place to stay in Mumbai !!! Fast Service, good rooms, courteous staff and all this at a very reasonable tariff. Don't be misled by the exterior as the front looks very commonplace, but the hotel inside the building is real value for money !!! Highly recommended !!!

I would not recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. Rooms are smelly and unclean. Room service in below average and there are no windows to the room.

What a absurd location .... Cheap,filthy neighbourhood. Services are thrash.why don't book a reputed hotel in andheri west than paying 3500-4000 in this shabby place.LEARNT A LESSON FOREVR. INTERNATIONAL....AND ALL IS MANIPULATIVE TO MISLEAD GENUINE TRAVELLERS.NOWHERE CLOSE TO INTERNATIONAL.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
