I request everyone please never pre book this fraud Meera Palace hotel room at Musakhedi indore through fraud Fab hotel app (if you are with family because unmarried couple allow in this hotel) not even for single day. We had booked 2 rooms through Fab hotel app and at time of checking we come to know photos what they have uploaded in there site is totally opposite in reality. Room was extremely dirty, bedsheet was full of strain spots, room walls have not been painted from so many years, washroom was dirty and smelling and toilet seat was broken. Hotel representative showed us other room also but condition was same like others. We request Fab hotel app to refund our booking amount for that they said to mail real pictures of room and would proceed it in next 48 hours. We had mail pictures to them , but after two days these fraud people refuse us to refund booking amount. They even not have curtsy to talk properly .

Hotel was good! The support from the hotel staffs were really good. Don't book through Fab hotels. The worst service center/ customer support I have ever come across. Hotel people helped me to solve my issue otherwise I would have stayed on road side as I was not getting proper response or support from Fab hotel customer service. Executive are really cheaters. They are very sweet while doing reservations. Cheating starts after you check in and have problems with the hotel or booking. Be extra cautious when booking through Fab hotels

Someone urinated on commode just before we went here and hotel staff didn't knew it. All the food and garbage was swept under bed and it was smelling horrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
