The breakfast hall arrangement was good, though there not many varieties to try. The room was moderate, not so impressive as the items used to cover the bed are very old. Failing to instruct to switch on the hot water made some uncomfortable situations inside the bathroom, several phone calls, unable to open the room to attend to the complaint, etc. Not giving a soap, brush and toothpaste is not welcomed. It is not going to cost you much by providing but it gives caring nature when you provide them. Overall, it is average and I will not advise anyone to book rooms here.

It was a complete value for money. Price they charged for their room is perfectly fine. Their service is good too. People are warm and willing to help. Only possible area of improvement is the entrance, which unfortunately is accessible through a clumsy street. However this is hardly few meters from the main road. Would request management to spend some money on the street from the main road to the entrance. Otherwise everything was fine. Staff was very warm and so was their hospitality.

The room is fine for one night but they could improve the cleanliness. I could see lots of mold on the walls and ceilings and it was smelly. As it is located close to the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to catch a flight. We drove to the airport after midnight in 10 minutes.

We took this hotel due to proximity to airport. We had an early morning flight and the place is very close to airport. The bedsheet appeared white and clean on first look, but it was completely soiled in the part covered by quilt. They were definitely not changed after previous use. We had taken an extra bed , they put used sheets for this too After complaining , they changed sheets only for main bed . They didn't seem apologetic for this. Looks like it's a routine and they change only when someone complains No toilet paper / towels were provided. We had to ask them seperately. Staying a low budget hotel should not mean compromising on basic hygiene. Would not recommend this place . Unfortunately, this was only place with decent ratings in this area and we took a risk of booking this place despite previous reviews. Note - this is same place as Treebo Nestlay too . There are 2 reception desks

No lift for an airport passenger targeting stay. Painful to lift up and bring down luggage, room boys weren't available always. Room smelled heavy smoke with soiled bed linen and no hot water

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
