All things considered it's a great hotel for people who are visiting Hyderabad or who are coming here for the first time. They serve complementary breakfast and the quality is great. Rooms are great and they clean it regularly if you ask them to. You can definitely try it out if you want a feel of how good service is done.

Breakfast is not servered at sharp 8 am, and hot water supply doesn't work. Otherwise it is a good place. I also had dinner which was also good.

Hello everyone! We are from Russia and we chose this hotel to stay for several days. We really liked it. Everything was just perfect. The room was very nice. There was also possible to order food after 6 pm when we came back to hotel and was very tired. So we just made order and got our food directly to room. The food was very delicious and tasty. I really recommend this hotel to stay for the foreigners. :)

Only best part was reception and quick service for food. Quiet place. Good for last minute affordable stay but at most 1 day. We stayed for 3 days Dusty looks to bed in certain rooms. Mosquitos. Geyser doesnt work in certain rooms and at certain times. We had to miss 1 spot as geysers were not working and got delayed. Windows dont have safety grills. Or maybe they alloted bad rooms to us purposely.

I paid 2500 rupees for one day not worth the price If anyone want to stay here first check their rooms than you would know it's not worthy at it's the worst place to stay the staff is rude there are many hotels nearby for same or lesser price I don't want you to face what I faced so I kindly request a avoid this hotel they charged me 2500 and after seeing this room with in 10 mins I told them I can't stay here but the manager said We can not refund due to my situation I had to stay there don't repeat what I have done first check the rooms later pay if they don't want to show the room just don't stay there check for other hotels nearby they don't even have a smart tv

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
