        Avoid choosing this option; despite booking through the FabHotel website, they refused, claiming electricity and water issues. After 5 hours of argument, they reluctantly provided a room, but even a one-hour late check-in was disallowed without an additional 1000 INR charge. The hotel staff was uncooperative, insisting on the extra payment before allowing departure. And that also no brekfast given

        These hotel people are fraudsters. Please avoid. They didn't give me the room which was already confirmed by them. And did the same to other runners who came on marathon. They made me pay 3000 bucks for a tragic 1000 room at another hotel.. and booked a commission in between Big cheaters.

        Had booked the hotel through make my trip. The pics shown are amazing with amazing location. BUT reality is other wise All money was paid in advance and the smart thing that they mention in the bookings is that the amount is not refundable. So if you want to cancel the booking, there is no money given back. I booked a room for 3 days for 3 girls to stay there BUT room, the hotel location was so bad, they left within the hour. One hour is all they could spend in the hotel – what cockroaches what bugs what dirt rusted bathroom. They had to check into another hotel immediately. i.e. they reached the hotel at 11 am and left by 12.30 including the time for check in. No picture matched the real position of the hotel. The hotel staff agreed to this and said they will not be able to return the money as the booking was the Make my trip but if you complaint that you did not like the hotel but do not mention the quality of the hotel, they will refund for 2 days. These girls agreed. NO refund was given by the hotel and our cost went double. Very dishonest dealing of the staff and the owner. Jo phas giya who giya. My mistake, I read the reviews on Google after this incident and believed make my trip (by the way who returned my queries after 6 days as the hotel owner was not responding to their queries). It is very obvious, they are good reviews after bad reviews and I am sure excellent reviews will pop up after review to send it lower so genuine people cannot read that much. ADVICE – AVOID IT

        Very Pleasant and comfortable experience I had. Hotel Staff and owner are much very friendly person. although some things always happens to you but how you deal with it, its depends. I found that I can stay here again and can recommend to my friends ❤.

        Horrible location, very dirty. Feels like you entered slum. A lot of smell every where. ⚠️no parking available. Rooms are very small and you can't even move. Cockroach and bedbugs in room. Horrible service. A low-maintained stay

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
