The Hotel experience was not pleasant. Water didn't work on our first night, but it came back early in the morning. From our second night until check-out, water didn't come at all. They gave us a bucket filled with water after we called them and asked why is water not coming. The guy at the reception just mentioned it is because of Diwali. Stupid excuses. Then I asked the guy in the Restaurant and he said that the pipe bursted which is the real reason and should have been mentioned to us. Hot water doesn't work automatically either. You have to call the reception and then he switches something on and you get hot water. Again the guy at the reception came for this issue to our room and put the blame on us stating, "oh you didn't switch it on properly". We understood that it is from their side and later we got to know that they have to switch something on in order to get hot water. The food at the restaurant is good but they don't clean the tables at all. The sheets on tables are really dirty and it has been 3 days that it has not been cleaned. Wifi works good sometimes and sometimes you will struggle to open a basic website. We had initally booked FabHotel Prime the Shyam but the FAB chain on a short notice switched us to this one stating that at the other one "foreigners" are not allowed. Later I checked on the internet the Hotel was shut and some other Hotel is being opened up instead. The whole lying principle of the people running this place sucks. Our experience was not good. I do not recommend this place.

This place will blow you away! It has nothing to do with Indian budget hotel standards - the owner, Mr.Gajendra, has a career in 5-stars hotels and it really shows in the effort he puts into running his business efficiently with his availability with helping tips, and a clean, comfortable and cozy room. The best hotel we have stayed in India.

Worst stay experience I ever had. Washroom door was not closing properly. Flush was not working. Shower was broken. Internet is available only for first floor rooms. Please note there is no proper car parking of the hotel you have to park on the main road market. And there is very less option you might get parking. I had asked for glass in the night he refused to give it stating it is late night and we don't have glasses. And the most amazing part during morning breakfast when we asked for tea he said 'bhaiya doodh khatam hogya hai baad mei pee liejga'. In short not recommended at all.
