Nothing great except the location which is on the main road. They need to work on the cleanliness and hygiene of the room including the linens which were dirty. There were bed bugs too. Not at all recommended. The hotel looks shady as well.

Found this hotel on Fab hotels. Booked this as it was close to the river n on the highway. The staff was polite and courteous even during the busy Kanwar season and heavy rains. Our room was neat n clean with proper bedding, sheets and towels. For the 1400, I paid for it, I didn't expect a large sized room with tables and sofa chairs and a balcony plus room service. Their restaurant was decent too, we had our lunch n dinner there and food was good.

The experience was very comfortable and delightful. The staff and receptionist are very polite and kind and will help you in every way. I have been to haridwar many times but this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Highly recommend it to everyone coming to haridwar

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
