        The hotel is not worth even 700-800/-. I have shared the photos and you may judge it yourself. ▪️I was traveling with my spouse, father in law (75years acute diabetic) and daughter ▪️Booked 2 adjacent rooms ▪️Spoke to the staff twice to confirm the availability of the adjacent rooms before checkin. While taking the keys at check in I reconfirmed with the staff again, and he assured. But to my surprise there was a staircase lobby and one more room between our 2 rooms ▪️Kitchen opens at 8am. All devotees usually leave the hotel by that time, else it's getting overcrowded at the temple for Darshan. So if your room includes breakfast, it's a sunk cost. ▪️ Moreover the hotel doesn't have buffet breakfast, they serve it in the room. So there are not multiple options Overall 2/10 experience. Pls take your own decision before booking. My appeal to #Fab Hotel to look into the matter.

        I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast but they have provided only 1 paratha for 1 person as complimentary breakfast. Also, staff behaviour was rude. I would recommend not to stay in this hotel. Poor services, toilet seat was broken.

        Booking was direct thru FAB. But, the front office staff though I showed them reservation ID they were NOT accepting and insisted for a Code. Night at 11:30p I received code then they called me to disturb. Unpleasant front office staff. I reached hotel around 09:30p in the night but, took more than 45 minutes for check In. First time I noticed ALL guests must sign the register.

        My recent stay at this hotel was a frustrating and unpleasant experience and I feel it is important to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions. Privacy and Security Issues: The most annoying aspect of our stay was the presence of a staff member named Ishu who was caught peeking into my lady friend's room (room 206) through the back window. This invasion of our privacy was not only painful but also raised serious concerns about the safety of women and couples in this facility. When we reported this alarming incident to the hotel, they inadequately reacted to our consternation by painting over the window. It is shocking that a potentially criminal act was not treated as seriously as it deserved. Despite my best efforts, including contacting Fab HQ and speaking with Jawed, I received no response or support. The indifference shown by both hotel staff and management was deeply disheartening. Limited breakfast: The hotel's breakfast policy left a lot to be desired. Guests were told that there could be only one paratha per person. This strict limitation of breakfast options seemed too restrictive and did not meet the expectations of most travellers. Inefficient room services: To add to the frustration, the landline kept breaking during my stay in the room. This meant that even the simplest of requests, like ordering a bottle of water, required a tiring trip from my room on the 3rd floor to reception. This inconvenience greatly detracted from the overall comfort of my stay. Questionable billing practices: Surprisingly, the hotel charged GST on bottled water, raising questions about billing transparency and guest honesty. Inconvenient location: In addition, the location of the hotel is quite inconvenient for tourists. It is located far from the main attractions and even finding a nearby general store can be a challenge. This lack of essential amenities added to the overall dissatisfaction with our stay. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by privacy and security issues, restrictive breakfast policies, inefficient room service, questionable billing practices, and an inconvenient location. Of particular concern is the lack of full response or support from hotel staff and management regarding the data breach. I would advise potential guests to consider these issues before booking this accommodation as the experience fell well below acceptable standards.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
